Ltd (e) Hwa Aik Engineering Pte Ltd (f) KTC Civil Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd (g) Peng Chuan Engineering Construction Pte. Ltd. (h) Reclaims Enterprise Pte Ltd and (i) Yongsheng E & C Pte. Ltd

(2) Tenderers are advised to refer to the Critical Criteria, in particular those on safety performance, under the Evaluation Criteria Section of the Invitation to Tender, to check their tendering eligibility before preparing their Tender Proposals.

(3) The sites will be opened to Tenderers for site visit on 16, 19 and 20 January 2026 from 09:00am to 5:00pm. Tenderers shall make his own transport arrangement and visit the sites on the specified dates above.

(4) Attendance at Tender Briefing is non-compulsory. Attendees attending the Tender briefing shall represent the Main Contractor and shall hold a designation of Project Manager and/or Company Director. Pre-registration for the briefing is required tenderers are to email to the undersigned the name of firm and attendees name with their contact number and email address before the day of the briefing.

(5) This tender requires electronic response via GeBIZ and only PRICES that are submitted electronically via GeBIZ will be accepted by JTC. Manual and Fax Bid Prices will not be accepted.

(6) Tenderers must indicate in the "Remark" in the Supplier Response in GeBIZ whether their Tender Price is "PAYABLE TO CONTRACTOR" or "PAYABLE TO JTC".

(7) All tender documents and supporting documents are to be submitted electronically via GeBIZ. Tenderers are required to submit the Summary of Tender and Breakdown Costs of Tender in pdf and editable format.
