RemarksTERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA):
For access to the tender documents, tenderers are required quote their Term NDA Ref No. if they have a valid Term NDA with LTA. Otherwise, tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached Term NDA. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission. You are required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA upon declaration.
The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.

Registration with the BCA with the designated registration head and grade as specified in this clause is a critical criterion. Tenderers must be registered with the following Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead CR15 Site Investigation Works

SUBMISSION:
Tender submission outside of GeBIZ will not be accepted. Tenderers are to submit both the total tender price and the supporting documents electronically in GeBIZ. Please refer to Clause 5 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.
