| Eligibility of Consultant : |
Copy of Valid Trade License of the local firm or company Copy of valid Tax Clearance The local firm shall partner with international cybersecurity entity legally registered in any country A local firm should be registered in Bhutan and have at least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure / telecommunication networks/IT system operation/Internet network operation/ cybersecurity related field. Cybersecurity firms that have previously conducted cybersecurity assessments or audits for telecom service providers shall not be eligible to participate in this third-party cybersecurity assessment and auditing engagement, as this may lead to a conflict of interest. Non-compliance with the mandatory eligibility requirements will be treated as non-responsive, and the bid shall not be considered for further evaluation. |
