Contract Title: Procurement of Vehicles for the AED PMU

RFB Reference No.: OHP/G/RFB-2025/02

1. The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the International Development Association and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development toward the cost of the “One Health for Pandemic Prevention Food Systems Resilience and Ecosystem Health in Central Asia and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the “Procurement of vehicles for the AED PMU”.

2. The State Institute “Agriculture Entrepreneurship Development” Project Management Unit now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for “Procurement of vehicles for the AED PMU”.

3. Procurement will be conducted through using a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) method as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016, revised February 2025) (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested eligible suppliers may obtain more detailed information during office hours from 08:00 to 17:00 at the address provided below.

5. Interested eligible suppliers may obtain a complete set of the NCB document in Russian by submitting a formal written request on official company letterhead to the address below.

6. Bids must be delivered to the State Committee on Investments and State property management of the Republic of Tajikistan by January 9, 2026, 10:00 hrs. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend on January 9, 2026, 10:10 hrs. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.

7. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of: TJS 34 200.00 (thirty-four thousand two hundred somoni and 00 dirams).

8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
