1. A Bidder and the parties constituting the bidder should be a Bhutanese Nationality. 2. A Bidder should be a Registered Supplier with Quantification and Procurement Division, Department of Medical Products, National Medical Services. Hence, a bidder is required to furnish a valid Medical Supplier’s Registration Certificate during the bid submission. Bids followed by invalid registration certificates shall be treated as non-responsive. 3. A bidder intending to participate in essential medicines should be certified by the Bhutan Food and Drug Authority. 4. Category of License eligible for this bidding process is: a) Valid Trade License issued by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment. b) Valid Tax Clearance certificate issued by the Department of Revenue and Customs |
