2. Selective Tendering Procedure is adopted for this Tender. The maximum number of tenderers who will be eligible to participate in the Tender will be those who meet all the evaluation criteria stated and who had earlier submitted their Application Form for Shortlisting at Stage 1 documents to HDB by the closing date of the Pre-Tender Qualification exercise and a complying Tender Offer at Stage 2 Tender to HDB by the 1st-Stage Tender Closing Date.

3. Tenderers are to submit the duly signed (by the Director or Authorized Agent as listed in latest ACRA) Undertaking for Non-Disclosure for access to the tender documents and drawings published in the GeBIZ. The following are the instructions for submission of Undertaking of Non-Disclosure:

(a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking for Non-Disclosure attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.

(b) The Undertaking of Non-Disclosure is to be signed by the Director or Authorized Agent of the company/firm, as listed under latest ACRA record.

(c) A scan copy of completed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure shall be emailed to HDB_Contracts@hdb.gov.sg with the email subject title: "(PCG-TN250173) Executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure for PROJECT 1: A) DESIGN AND BUILD OF UPGRADING PROJECTS FOR G35H B) CONTINGENCY WORKS PROJECT 2: ENHANCEMENT FOR ACTIVE SENIORS (EASE) FOR PRIVATE HOUSING (SOUTH EAST ZONE - PACKAGE 2)."

The executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure will be verified before password is send to tenderer for access to the tender documents and drawings.
