1.The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank for the implementation of the Tajikistan Landscape Restoration Project and intends to use part of the proceeds of this Grant to make payments for the implementation of the Works for natural regeneration in project sites (soil preparation, fencings, etc) at State Forest Enterprises in Khatlon, Sughd and GBAO regions in three lots Lot 1 for Khatlon region, Lot 2 for Sughd region, Lot 3 GBAO.

2. The Center for Implementation of Investment Projects of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan under the Tajikistan Resilient Landscape Restoration Project hereby invites eligible and qualified Bidders to submit their sealed bids for the implementation of the Works for natural regeneration in project sites (soil preparation, fencings, etc) at State Forest Enterprises in Khatlon, Sughd and GBAO regions in three lots Lot 1 for Khatlon region, Lot 2 for Sughd region, Lot 3 GBAO.

3.Bidding will be conducted through national competitive bidding procedures in accordance with the Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services by World Bank Borrowers under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants published "Procurement Rules for World Bank IFP Borrowers (November 2020,) - Procurement under Investment Project Financing: Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services)" and open to all eligible bidders in accordance with what is defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14, 3.15 for the World Bank"s conflict of interest policy.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain more detailed information from the CIIP CEP, E-mail: cepciptj@gmail.com and inspect the bidding documents at the following address: Shevchenko St., Dushanbe, from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

5. Interested Bidders may receive a full set of bidding documents in Russian after sending a written application to the address below:

6. Bids should be delivered to the address below:

State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, 40 Rudaki ave., by November 24, 2025, 15:30 local time.

7. Submission of bids in electronic form is not allowed.

Late bids shall be rejected. The opening of envelopes with bids shall be held in the presence of representatives of Bidders who wish to attend the opening in person at the address: State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, 40 Rudaki ave., November 24, 2025, 15:30 local time.

8. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the following amount:

Lot 1. Works for natural regeneration in project sites in Khatlon region, TRLRP-W-0425-01 Lot 1 - 121 714.00 somoni;

Lot 2. Works for natural regeneration in project sites in Sughd region, TRLRP-W-0425-02 Lot 2 - 161 368.00 somoni.

Lot 3. Works for natural regeneration in project sites in GBAO, TRLRP-W-0425-03 Lot 3 - 49 691 somoni.
