| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
1. Valid trade license or certificate of incorporation. 2. Valid tax clearance certificate. 3. The bidder must have successfully supplied and installed at least two (2) interactive boards or similar ICT systems within the last three (3) years. 4. The vendor must submit Manufacturer’s Authorization letter from the OEM (Manufacturer) for the proposed item. If not an OEM, the bidder must submit a valid manufacturer or distributor authorization letter. 5. Vendor must have sufficient knowledge and experience in supplying and installing the proposed item. Thus, vendor need to provide minimum three such client reference as a proof. 6. Vendor must provide comprehensive hands-on training. |
