(d) Please email your interest to attend the tender showround / briefing to Joey_CHENG@jtc.gov.sg, Shane_Martin@jtc.gov.sg and Vivien_SY_TAN@jtc.gov.sg by 27 Nov 2025, 4pm (Singapore time).

(e) The specimen of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is uploaded in GeBIZ. Tendererswho are keen to participate in the tender must write in to Joey_CHENG@jtc.gov.sg, Shane_Martin@jtc.gov.sg and Vivien_SY_TAN@jtc.gov.sg by 27 Nov 2025, 4pm (Singapore time).

(f) Tenderers must duly complete and sign the NDA by an authorized personnel and submitthe NDA in exchange for the Breakdown Cost of Tender (BCT) and Building Layout.
