Contract Title: The procurement of IT equipment and accessories to support the OECS Data for Decision Making Project – Grenada
Reference No.: GD-PCU - GRENADA-511907-GO-RFQ

The Government of Grenada has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the OECS Data for Decision Making Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the procurement of IT equipment and accessories to support the OECS Data for Decision Making Project – Grenada.

The Central Statistical Office, under the Ministry of Mobilisation, Implementation & Transformation, now invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the supply of the following goods:

Delivery

All goods must be delivered to the Central Statistical Office, Melville Street, St. George’s, Grenada, within 8 weeks from contract signing.

Procurement Process

Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using the Request for Quotations (RFQ) method, in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (February 2025) and is open to all eligible suppliers as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Submission of Quotations

The deadline for bid submission is 5th December 2025 at 3pm AST.
