• The Republic of North Macedonia has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) toward the cost of the Agriculture Modernization Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan toward payments under the contract for Refurbishment of the interior and exterior of the building for the AFSARD.
• The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy (MAFWE) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Refurbishment of the interior and exterior of the building for the AFSARD.
• Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Procurement (ICB) procedures using the Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020 edition) (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
• Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Ana Gaceva and inspect the bidding documents at the address below: Leninova St. No. 2, 1000 Skopje, between 10:00 and 12:00 hours.
• Interested Bidders may obtain the complete set of bidding documents in Macedonian language free of charge through the Electronic System for Public Procurement (ESPP) or upon submission of a written application to the following e-mail address: procurement@amp.mk.
  All related requests (annexes) referred to in this bidding document are available free of charge upon prior written request to procurement@amp.mk.
• Late bids will be rejected. Bids must be delivered no later than December 25, 2025, at 15:00 hours to the Archive of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, at the address indicated below.
  Bids shall be submitted in one (1) original hard copy and one (1) identical electronic copy on USB in PDF format, both enclosed in the same sealed envelope.
• All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of MKD 550,000.00.
