RemarksOTHER CRITERIA:
Tenderers must be registered with the following Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead: ME06 - Fire Prevention & Protection System with Financial Grade L6. In the case of joint venture, all partners of a joint venture must be registered with BCA under: ME06 - Fire Prevention & Protection Systems.

TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA) & CLEARANCE FORMS:
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached to LTA via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with subject heading "Term NDA ID - declared for Contract CR1785":

(1) Term NDA for access to Tender Documents/Drawings; Password to access Tender Documents/Drawings, will only be provided AFTER: (a)Term NDA declaration, (b) Please quote NDA reference ID issued by LTA (E.g. NDA12345) and declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA.

(2) Clearance Form (Simplified form) to submit by 20 November 2025 for access to the Viewing Documents/Drawings as per Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) Clause 2.3.

Please note that clearance will require 4 weeks of processing. The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA and Clearance Form, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

SUBMISSIONS:
The Tenderer shall price for ALL the above contract packages. Failure to submit offers for ALL the above contract packages will result in disqualification of his tender. The Tender will be awarded as five (5) separate contracts to only one Tenderer.

The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 5 & 6 of the ITT for the details.

EVALUATION:
The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Clause 4 of the ITT will be used for evaluation of this tender.
