Panel 3 or Panel 4 of the BCA"s Public Sector Panels of Consultants
(PSPC) in their respective disciplines:
(1) Architectural [AR]
(2) Mechanical & Electrical Engineering [ME]
(3) Civil & Structural [CS]
(4) Quantity Surveyor [QS]
Consultants which are delisted from PSPC at the point of closing of this EOI and consultancy tender award (applies only to MDT selected from the balloting at EOI stage) shall be rejected on grounds of non-compliance with this specific evaluation criterion. Refer to the EOI attachment for further details of the critical criteria.
