1. The Ministry of Finance & Economic Affairs (MoFEA) (the Client) has received a grant from the International Development Association (IDA) (the “Bank”) towards the cost of the RISE Project and intends to apply part of the funds to finance the Supply and Delivery of 297 Laptop Computers and 108 Tablets and Related Accessories for the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education and the National Social Protection Agency respectively.
2. The Gambia Resilience, Inclusion, Skills and Equity Project now invite sealed quotations from eligible IT Suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of Laptop Computers, Tablets and Related Accessories as follows:

3. Suppliers may quote one or both lots, as further defined in the RFQ document. Suppliers wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the schedule of prices.
4. Bidding will be conducted through the Request for Quotations (RFQ) method as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
5. Interested eligible Suppliers may obtain further information detailed technical specifications from the Central Project Coordination Unit, Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, at the email addresses given below from 8.00 a.m. to 16.00 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays and 08:00am to 12:30 p.m. on Fridays
6. Quotations and related documentary evidence must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday 8th October 2025at 12:30pm. Late quotations will be rejected. Quotations will be opened virtually and in-person, in the presence of the Suppliers designated representatives who chooses to attend at the address below on Wednesday 8th October 2025 at 12:45pm
8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form.
