RemarksTERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA):
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with subject heading "Term NDA - declared for Contract BD405" for access to the Tender Documents, please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission.
The password will only be provided AFTER:
(a) Term NDA declaration; or
(b) Quote NDA reference ID issued by LTA (E.g. NDA12345) and declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA.
The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.
i) Have the relevant expertise and experience in manufacture and supply of Electric Vehicle Charging Systems (EVCS):
(a) At least 3 years" experience with production and supply of EVCS;
(b) Had deployed high-powered EVCS (360kW or more) for at least one project; and
(c) Had deployed one large scale project with at least 100 dispensers.
The tenderer shall, to the satisfaction of the Employer, submit documentations as proof of their fulfilment of the above critical criteria. In the event the tenderer is an agent representing the EVCS supplier or a registered office representing its parent company, the above clause i) shall also apply to the EVCS suppliers or the parent company.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the a)Tender Price, b)Price Documents & c)Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 5.1, 5.2 & 6.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers.
