UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites interested companies to submit bids for

Procurement of thirty-one (31) titles of Hardcover Children"s Storybooks

Please download the attached ITB document for a detailed list and description of the required 31 titles of Hardcover Children"s Storybooks.

The submission shall include the following:

1. The bidder must provide confirmation that they are the (exclusive) copyright holder of the proposed
titles, or submit official documentation demonstrating their legal rights to distribute or offer the
respective titles. Compliance with this requirement is mandatory for participation.
2. Delivery schedule: no later than 4 weeks after contract signing. Bidders are requested to quote
prices in accordance with the following delivery terms (INCOTERMS 2020): DAP Chisinau, str.
Socoleni 16/1. All goods shall be palletized.
3. Partial bids are accepted. Offers may be submitted for individual titles (for separate line); however,
each offer must cover the entire quantity specified for that title.
4. Signed Bid Form (pages 3-5) and Price Schedule Form (pages 6-10) must be submitted with the
bid, including signed Declaration. Please mark "YES" if company or management has NOT been
charged for any of the actions listed.
Choose "NO" if official legal criminal or administrative decisions were issued regarding company
or management (subject to additional screening).
5. Along with the Price Schedule Form, please include in the bid detailed product descriptions,
book"s photo/picture and specifications, prices.
6. Bids shall be submitted by companies authorized/licensed to sell and distribute the products
offered, holding all the necessary licenses, authorizations and permits required by the
manufacturer and local regulations.
7. Payment: No advance payment request will be accepted; the payments will be processed in full
within 30 days from the delivery date.
8.Please enclose in your bid quality, compliance and safety certificates for the offered products, as
well as manufacturer distribution authorization confirmation or licenses if applicable.
