RemarksCRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ as a GeBIZ Trading Partner is a critical criterion for tendering for Package A, Package B and/or Package C. Tenderers who do not meet this critical criterion will NOT be considered for Package A, Package B and/or Package C.

EVALUATION CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that in descending order of importance, the evaluation criteria are:

(a) Tenderer"s Proposal (submitted in accordance with Clause 16.1(B) of the Instructions to Tenderers); and

(b) Tender Price.

In addition to the tender evaluation criteria above, the Authority will take into account the financial capability and health of the Tenderers in the evaluation of the Tender.

Tenderers are to submit both the Tender Price and Supporting Documents electronically via GeBIZ. Please refer to Clauses 14, 16 and 17 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.
