RemarksTenderers who did not submit the qualification in the 1st Stage but would like to submit the Proposal for this Tender, shall submit a request for Qualification to the Employer via email to Mr Ng Jia Yi (ng_jia_yi@ura.gov. sg) and Mr Justin Tan (Justin_TAN@ura.gov.sg) by 24 November 2025. Request for Qualification received after 24 November 2025 will be rejected. Tenderers shall submit the proposal for Qualification to the Employer via email within 14 days from date of receipt of the Pre-Qualification Documents from the Employer. Proposals for Qualification received after 14 days will not be considered. Tenderers who have met all the evaluation criteria in the Qualification will be invited to submit the proposals for this Tender.

Submission DetailsThe A1-sized Design Panels (hardcopy) as listed in the Tender Submission Requirements shall be deposited into the Tender Box located at the Customer Service Centre, 45 Maxwell Road, 1st Storey, Podium, The URA Centre, Singapore 069118 on or before the Tender closing date and time as specified in the Form of Tender or the latest Tender closing date as notified by the Authority.
The Tender Price and the entire Tender Proposal shall be submitted via GeBIZ. The Quality Proposal and Price Proposal shall be submitted separately under the respective document type (i.e. respectively marked as Technical or Price) in GeBIZ.
