RemarksTERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA):
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with subject heading "Term NDA - declared for Contract CR2035" for access to the Tender Documents, please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission.
The password will only be provided AFTER:
(a) Term NDA declaration; or
(b) Quote NDA reference ID issued by LTA (E.g. NDA12345) and declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA.
The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.

The Consultant and his appointed personnel involved in this Contract should not have undertaken work of any nature relating to these Contractor or his sub-contractors or his consultants to avoid any conflict of interest.

Tenderers must have the relevant experience to provide professional consultancy services in the field of consulting and on-site auditing for bored tunnel compressed air works service(s) as described in the Terms of Reference.

SUBMISSION:
For this tender, it is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the Tender Price and supporting documents as electronic response through the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) portal. Please refer to Clause 5.1, 5.2 & 6.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers.
