Remarks1. Tenderers shall be registered with SCDF as Registered Inspectors for at least five (5) years from the closing date of this Tender.
2. Tenderers must have who completed at least three (3) fire safety inspections for building-related projects (All Purpose Groups except Group 1) in the past two (2) years from date of closing of this tender.
3. Please see other criteria in the Evaluation criteria.
4. Note that this tender is for current HDB Panel of Registered Inspector (RI) (Arch) (Batch 7). The RI (Arch) (Batch 7) shall be appointed for a period commencing from the date of the Letter of Acceptance till 31 Oct 2026. RIs who are currently appointed to the panel shall not participate in this tender.
