UNICEF Moldova Country Office invites interested companies to submit their bids for:

National institutional consultancy for organizing a Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme on the Romanian Language Curriculum for refugee and repatriated children

Qualified companies are invited to submit their proposals by email at chisinautenders@unicef.org, with RFP number LRPS-2025-9200736 in the email subject line.

EXTENDED Application deadline: 13.11.2025, 23:59 (EET)

The bidders shall consider the following RFP conditions:

• Separate e-mails for Technical and Price proposals.
• Request for Proposals for Services Form filled and signed. (PAGE 3-5). Please mark "YES" if company or management has NOT been charged for any of the actions listed. Choose "NO" if official decisions were issued regarding company or management (subject to additional screening).
• All Technical/Price Offers files included in the emails, no documents provided at external links.
• RFPS number (LRPS-2025-9200736) is included in the email subject line.
• Joint venture/consortium/subcontractor arrangements (if any) are documented and agreements are included in the Technical Proposal.
• Validity period of the proposal - at least 120 days.
• Proposal sent to the official tender e-mail address: chisinautenders@unicef.org with no other UNICEF e-mails in cc
