As part of the implementation of the Primary Health Care Quality Improvement Operation (PHCQIO) Additional Financing Project, financed by the World Bank, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic announces a competition for the following vacant position:

Consultant for the implementation and technical support of information systems in the Bishkek city No 1.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education in information technology, healthcare, education, or other related disciplines;

• Proven experience implementing and maintaining healthcare information systems;

• Practical experience organizing and conducting training events (seminars, master classes, online courses, etc.);

• Strong technical support skills, including incident resolution and consulting;

• Experience preparing user and analytical documentation (manuals, instructions, reports, etc.).
