The eligible National bidder with a valid trade license and tax clearance certificates issued by the competent authority Note: The stitched sample should be submitted to the Procurement Section, Phuentsholing Thromde, during the bid submission deadline mentioned in the tender notice. Failure to submit the stitched sample of the field dress, the bids shall be considered non-responsive and excluded from evaluation. 2. The Suppliers are also required to submit a sample (stitched as per design) of the field dress along with the relevant brochures/catalogue of the cloth materials during the time of bid submission. Bids submitted without a sample will be evaluated as non-responsive 3. Note: The quantity of the items included in the price schedule will increase or decrease based on the requirements |
