4. Interested bidders must sign an attendance sheet during the site visit (mandatory for evaluation and audit) and the document will be scanned for evaluation. Registering interest before the visit will not constitute attendance and failure to attend will render a disqualification.
5. Representatives are not allowed to enter the school if he or she has any of the flu-like symptoms such as fever, running nose, dry cough.
