• Administrative Qualification Criteria:
• The vendor must be registered IT Sales and Service Company having valid license for both Trading and Service sector. Copy of both the license (Trading and Service) must be submitted.
• The vendor must submit Manufacturer’s Authorization letter from the OEM (Manufacturer) for the proposed storage system.
• Vendor must fulfil following human resource criteria:
• Must have minimum 1 full time certified system expert or resource person having working experience of more than 5 years in the networking, storage management and security management systems.
• Copy of CVs of the proposed technical expert along with relevant certificates to be submitted for validation.
  5.Vendor must have sufficient knowledge and experience in supplying and configuration of such integrated network, storge, and security system. Thus, vendor need to provide minimum three such client reference as a proof.

  7. Vendor must fully supply, install, configure and integrate with our existing network, servers and security systems wherever require.
  9. The propose storage system must come with minimum of manufacture limited hardware warranty from the date of successful delivery.
  10. Vendor must also commit to provide minimum 1 year of onsite and remote support service from the date of successful completion of the project.
  Technical Qualification Criteria:
• Vendor must submit detail technical compliance statement with brand and model number.
• Vendor must furnish copy of detail technical datasheet for reference and evaluation.
