The hiring of machinenaries will be awarded to the firm to the lowest quoted bidders taking average both any types of Soil and any types of Rock. However, during bill payment, the measurement and payment will be made base on Items rate (i.e, as quoted for any types of soil and any types of roack with or without blasting. No average will accounted during billing time) |
