Fabrication, delivery, installation and finishing of FRP and GRC Product for Dzong Construction Project, Sarpang ( - Тендер #66502002)

• The Bidder needs to be a Bhutanese National
• The BIdder is required to sign and seal the "Terms of Reference" upoaded in the SBD under "Evaluation & Qualification Criteria"
• The drawings of the items accorfding to sl.no for dhingri, cornices, kachen zhu, U-cham and railings are attahced as PDF format under the "Evaluation & Qualification Criteria".
• Bidders who have visited to the Project site upon the invitation from the Porject Management prior to the floating of the tender shall be as considered responsive bidder.
• The bidder is solely required to build the scaffolding and MS framing for installation by themselves whereby the materials would be provided by the project. However, any machineries/tools/ and its accessories such as welding electrodes,anchor bolts, expansion bolts should have to be manged by the awarded bidder only.
• The tender is composed of two different types of products- FRP and GRC; already specified by the project Management during the site visit. Please ensure that you fill in the rates according to the unit of measurement mentioned.
• The work will be awarded for lots (FRP and GRC lots).
• Please note that the test for fire thermal stability, flame spread, and ability to maintain structural integrity would be tested at the site. Hence, the bidder is required to use "Fire Retardant Resin".
• The awarded bidder would shall carryout any chipping/cuttings/chisellings/concealing issues by themselves upon discussion with the Project team. Therefore, please ensure to inform and equip your technical team of such unforeseen tasks.
• The contractor must fully cooperate with the project management team to ensure high-quality installation services and to adhere strictly to the project timeline.
