Attendance of quotation briefing is COMPULSORY as it is one of the Critical Quotation Evaluation Criteria and failure by the Service Providers to attend will render their quotation invalid. Service Providers which attend the quotation briefing must use the same company name for their quotation submission. Service Providers are required to pre-register their attendance and submit the Undertaking of Safeguard Official Information and Security Pass Application Form by27 August 2025, not later than 5pm.
