Access to Restricted Documents
Upon receipt of the signed NDA, Tenderers will receive:
Microsoft Teams meeting details for the Tender Briefing
Restricted Annex documents (Annexes C, D and E) for Quality and Fee proposal preparation after the Tender Briefing.

For firms who are unable to attend the tender briefing, a formal request for the recording of the briefing must be made by the Tenderer through email and this must include the signed NDA. This must be sent to the SCB officers listed above by 3 September 2025, 1030 hours (GMT + 8). Only then will the restricted Annex documents be released. Request for Tender briefing recordings will not be entertained after 3 September 2025, 1030 hours (GMT + 8).
