Within the Project 1102479 "Building Capacity of National Stakeholders to Provide Social and Psychological Support to Conflict-Affected People in Time of War and During Post-Conflict Recovery" OSCE SPU has planned to conduct two 3-days training courses on providing psychological assistance to conflict-affected people in time of war and during post-conflict recovery and a working group meeting on developing an online training course for hotline personnel on effective handling of calls in the context of war, including gender-based violence cases.

Based on the above, the OSCE SPU requires a Hotel/Conference service company to provide logistical and technical support (conference services, accommodation, equipment, catering, travel expenses compensation, etc.).

The successful company is expected to ensure provision of comprehensive services for organizing:

• two 3-days trainings to be held on 16-18 September 2025 and 14-16 October 2025 in Lviv;

working group (WG) meeting to be held on 19 September 2025 in Lviv.
