• The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank (Bank) toward the cost of the Uzbekistan Resilient Landscapes Restoration Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract named above.

• The Forestry Agency under the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan (“the Purchaser”) invites Quotations from eligible Suppliers for the supply of above title equipment (“the Goods”).

• The Purchaser intends to apply funds from the World Bank for eligible payments under the Contract resulting from this Request for Quotation.

• To obtain Technical Specifications and inspect the Request for Quotation for the Contracts, Suppliers may obtain upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by e-mail.

5. You must quote for all the items combined under this RFQ. Price quotations will be evaluated for all the items together and contract awarded to the firm offering the lowest evaluated total cost of all the items. Partial quotations are not permitted.

6. Your quotation in English and/or Russian language should be accompanied by adequate technical documentation and/or catalogue(s) and other printed material or pertinent information for each item quoted, including names and addresses of firms providing service facilities in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• A Supplier should submit no more than one quotation for each lot.

8. Your quotation for each lot should be submitted as per these instructions and in accordance with the RFQ.

• The Quotation for each lot with the required documents shall be in hard copy, signed and sealed, and be submitted to the following address.
