Remarks1. This is a QFM Tender. Only Multi-Disciplinary Teams of Consultants who were shortlisted in the "EOI FOR PROJECT 1: MD (AR, ME AND QS) CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR OFFICE RECONFIGURATION AND RENOVATION WORKS AT HDB HUB / BRANCHES" which was closed on 14 Mar 2025, can participate in this Tender.

2. Tenderers are to submit the duly signed (by the Director of AR, QS & ME or Authorized Agent as listed in latest ACRA) Undertaking for Non-Disclosure for access to the tender documents and drawings published in the GeBIZ. The following are the instructions for submission of Undertaking of Non-Disclosure:

(a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking for Non-Disclosure attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.

(b) The Undertaking of Non-Disclosure is to be signed by the Director or Authorized Agent of the company/firm, as listed under latest ACRA record.

(c) A scan copy of completed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure shall be emailed to HDB_Contracts@hdb.gov.sg with the email subject title: "(PCG-TN250106) Executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure for PROJECT 1: MULTI-DISCIPLINARY (ARCHITECTURAL, MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND QUANTITY SURVEYING) CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR OFFICE RECONFIGURATION AND RENOVATION WORKS AT HDB HUB / BRANCHES."

The executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure will be verified before password is send to tenderer for access to the tender documents and drawings.
