a. Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.
b. The Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information is to be signed by the Director and a witnessing party from the firm.
c. The scan copy of the completed Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information shall be emailed to Alvin Ng Yeoh Chui (mary.chew@context.com.sg), cc Felicia Show (Felicia_Show@pa.gov.sg) and Eton Leong (Eton_Leong@pa.gov.sg)
The executed Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information will be verified before password is sent to tenderer for access to the tender documents.
