RemarksTERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA):
For access to the tender documents, tenderers are required quote their Term NDA Ref No. if they have a valid Term NDA with LTA. Otherwise, tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached Term NDA. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission. You are required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA upon declaration.
The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.

Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who:
a) are Accredited Checking Organisation (ACO) registered with the Building and Construction Authority, Singapore, in accordance with the latest amendments to the Building Control Act (Cap 29) and Regulations for Accredited Checking Services as described in the Terms of Reference.
The Accredited Checking Organisation shall nominate one Accredited Checker to be responsible for the Services. The Accredited Checker shall be the direct employee of the ACO.

b) have the relevant experience to provide professional consultancy services of Civil & Structural engineering to the Authority for checking services as required as described in the Terms of Reference.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in GeBIZ is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price; (b) Price Documents and (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 5 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.
