RemarksTERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA):
Tenderers are required quote their Term NDA Ref No. if they have a valid Term NDA with LTA for access to the tender documents. Otherwise, tenderers are to complete and submit the attached Term NDA. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission. You are required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA upon declaration. The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

Critical Criteria
(i) Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the BCA with the designated registration head & grade as specified in this clause 1.2 are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered for this tender.

(ii) Tenderer who has been found to meet any of the following disqualifying criteria under the MOM"s Safety Disqualification Framework will be disqualified.

(a) Entry into MOM"s Business Under Surveillance programme (BUS)
(i) Has entered BUS within the 3 months prior to the Tender Closing Date; or
(ii) Has entered BUS after the Tender Closing Date, but before award of the Tender (both dates inclusive);
(b) Debarred by MOM from employing foreign employees due to the accumulation of 25 or more Demerit Points under MOM"s Demerit Point System
(i) Debarred under MOM"s Demerit Point System at the Tender Closing Date; or
(ii) Debarred under MOM"s Demerit Point System between the Tender Closing Date and award of Tender (both dates inclusive).

Submission
The 1 envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit (1) Tender Price & (2) Supporting Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Refer to Clause 5 of the IT for detail
