Remarks1. Tenderers are to submit the duly signed (by the Director or Authorized Agent as listed in latest ACRA) Undertaking for Non-Disclosure for access to the tender documents and drawings published in the GeBIZ. The following are the instructions for submission of Undertaking of Non-Disclosure:

(a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking for Non-Disclosure attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.

(b) The Undertaking of Non-Disclosure is to be signed by the Director or Authorized Agent of the company/firm, as listed under latest ACRA record.

(c) A scan copy of completed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure shall be emailed to HDB_Contracts@hdb.gov.sg with the email subject title: "(PCG-TN250070) Executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure for ACCREDITED CHECKING SERVICES FOR COASTAL WORKS AT PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT."

The executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure will be verified before password is send to tenderer for access to the tender documents and drawings.

2. Tenderer shall have 1 No. of qualified structural/ civil engineer assisting the Accredited Checker in the firm/company with degree recognised by Professional Engineers Board Singapore and have at least 3 three years experience.

3. Tenderer shall be registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore and shall possess valid Practising Certificates (for all partners of a partnership) or Corporate Licence (for a corporation).

4. Tenderer shall have Accredited Checker/s registered with Building and Construction Authority*; and The proposed Accredited Checker must be registered to practise under the Tenderers company/firm as Accredited Checker in Accredited Checking Organisation registered with BCA. (Please see other requirements/criteria in Evaluation Criteria).

5. Drawings are available for viewing by the Tenderer at the Procurement Office, B1, HDB Hub, 480 Lor 6 Toa Payoh, S(310480) (Please refer to the Tender Covering Letter for full details of the viewing)
