Overview:

The International Labour Organization (ILO), is supporting the Government of Moldova in conducting a tracer study to assess the impact of the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) programmes in Moldova.

The selected service provider will be expected to implement a series of activities, including the pre-testing and refinement of questionnaires, primary data collection, and a basic analysis of the gathered information.

The assignment will run between May-June, 2025, and will focus on beneficiaries of RPL processes, including unemployed individuals registered with ANOFM and graduates of RPL centres, regardless of current employment status.

Interested service providers are invited to submit the following documents in English, no later than May 16th, 2025:

• Organizational profile and/or CVs of key personnel;
• Technical proposal (maximum 3 pages), describing:
• Approach and methodology;
• Timeline and division of responsibilities;
• Quality assurance measures;
• Detailed financial offer, including all relevant costs;
• Samples of similar previous work (e.g., tracer studies, data collection reports);
• Signed Annex_II-_Terms_and_Conditions_applicable_to_ILO_Contracts;
• Signed Annex_III_-_Certification_Form_for_Vendors.
