Remarks1. The Tenderer shall be registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore and shall possess valid Practising Certificates (for all partners of a partnership) or Corporate Licence (for a corporation). Sole-proprietorship firms are not eligible to apply. 2.The Tenderer shall be registered with the BCA as an accredited checking organisation. 3.The Tenderer must have performed accredited checking services for high rise precast projects above $20M or performed as professional engineer (Qualified Person) designing high rise precast projects above $20M with no adverse report on the performance in the past 5 years. 4.The Tenderer must have at least Two (2) Accredited Checkers and Two (2) qualified structural/civil engineers with degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board in its employment (Please see other requirements/ criteria in Evaluation Criteria).
