RemarksTERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA):
Tenderers are required quote their Term NDA Ref No. if they have a valid Term NDA with LTA for access to the tender documents. Otherwise, tenderers are to complete and submit the attached Term NDA. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission. You are required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA upon declaration. The Authority reserve the right to require
Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

CRITICAL CRITERIA
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) as specified in Clause 1.3 of these Instructions are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

OTHER CRITERIA
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with the PEB and have in force a practising certificate or licensed by the PEB to supply professional engineering services as required under this Contract.

SUBMISSION
The 2-envelope bidding system in the GeBIZ is adopted for this tender. Tenderers are required to separate their offer into two (2) distinct Document Types (i.e. Price and Technical). It is mandatory to upload at least one (1) attachment for each Document Type when submitting electronically via GeBIZ.
