RemarksTERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA):
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached Term NDA for access to the tender documents and drawing. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission.
The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the requirements below are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Consultants who are registered Accredited Checking Organisations (ACO) for Accredited Checking Services as required under this Contract.

The Consultant shall be an Accredited Checking Organisation registered with the Building and Construction Authority, Singapore, in accordance with the latest amendments to the Building Control Act (Cap 29) and Regulations. The Services to be carried out by the Consultant shall be as set out in the Terms of Reference.

The Accredited Checking Organisation shall nominate one Accredited Checker to be responsible for the Services. The Accredited Checker shall be the direct employee of the Accredited Checking Organisation.

OTHER CRITERIA:
The Accredited Checker shall have the relevant experience to provide Professional Consultancy Services of Civil & Structural Engineering to the Authority for checking services as described in the Terms of Reference.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal.
