The Government of Malawi through Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs has applied for financing toward the cost of the Regional Climate Resilient Programme (RCRP). The Ministry of Local Government, Unity and Culture and National Local Government Finance Committee as implementing agencies for sub-component 2.2 of the programme and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments under the contract for consulting services to develop Proxy Means Model and Testing.
The NLGFC now invites your consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Please provide information demonstrating that you have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are qualifications and experience of the firm as detailed below:
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, Revised November 2017, August 2018, July 2020 and February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultant Qualification Selection (CQS).
