The project “Strengthening Capacity of SCMU and Public Authorities to Co-operate Effectively with Civil Society” is implemented by the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (SPU) in co-operation with the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (SCMU) and is aimed at strengthening effectiveness of SCMU` and public authorities" co-operation with civil society organizations (CSOs) and citizens.

In particular, within Result 3, the SPU plans to assist the SCMU with enhancing the capacity of public officials for co-operation with civil society institutions in policy implementation. For that purpose, the SPU plans to organize a two-day forum for professionals from central and local public authorities to discuss communication with the public in Kyiv, Ukraine, on 22-23 May 2025.

Therefore, the SPU requires a hotel and/or conference service company to provide services and relevant support for organizing the event as required.
