Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the BCA with the designated registration head & grade as specified in Clause 1.3 are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

CRITICAL CRITERIA
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under FM01 Facilities Management Workhead with financial category M3 and above.

SUBMISSION:
Tenderers are to submit both the total tender price and the supporting documents electronically in GeBIZ. Please refer to Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers.
