1. Tenderers must login to GeBIZ at www.gebiz.gov.sg and must:

2. Fill in "Tendered Monthly Licence Fee" at <Unit Price> field;

3. Submit the completed Form of Tender in Annex 6A:

4. Submit an updated company profile from Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority; and

5. Submit evidence of payment of the Tender Deposit (defined below), paid in the manner set out in paragraph 4 below.

* Tenderers are required to enter the Lump Sum amount for "Tendered Monthly Licence Fee" under the field "GeBIZ"s Line of Response" and key in "Refer to attached Form of Tender" under the field "Remarks". Fill in your Tendered Monthly Licence Fee in the Form of Tender, complete the rest of the fields and submit the Form of Tender via GeBIZ.

Any tender submitted after the Tender Submission Deadline will not be considered. JTC"s decision on whether a tender was submitted after the Tender Submission Deadline is final.
