RemarksELIGIBILITY
Selective Tendering Procedure is adopted for this Tender. Tender documents for Civil Contract 993 will ONLY be issued to the PRE-QUALIFIED TENDERERS on 26 March 2025. Those who wish to be considered for the 2nd (final) pre-qualification (PQ) for Civil Contract 993 will need to submit application as electronically via GeBIZ as detailed in the PQ brochure. For details, please refer to the Pre-Qualification Notice published in http://www.gebiz.gov.sg. Please note that the closing date for the 2nd (final) PQ is 21 April 2025, 1600hours, Singapore time.

SUBMISSION
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers.

EVALUATION
The evaluation criteria are as stipulated in Clause 7 of the Instructions to Tenderers.
