RemarksCRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers:
(a) who are registered as a GeBIZ Trading Partner; and
(b) who have the relevant expertise and experience in the manufacture and supply of electric buses.

The Tenderer shall, to the satisfaction of the Authority, submit documentations as proof of their fulfilment of the above critical criteria.

In the event the Tenderer is an agent representing its bus supplier, or a registered office representing its parent company, Clause 1(b) hereof shall also apply to the bus supplier or the parent company.

Tenderers who do not meet the above criteria will NOT be considered for this tender.

OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that the following requirements are critical criteria for this tender:
(a) Compliance to Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Construction and Use) Rules;
(b) Right hand drive electric buses;
(c) One entrance and two exits;
(d) Low floor bus interior;
(e) Provision of two (2) wheelchair bays; and
(f) Two staircases (only applicable to Base Offer 2).

Tenderers who do not meet the requirements will NOT be considered for this tender.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. Tenderers are required to separate their offer into 2 distinct document types (i.e. Price and Technical). It is mandatory to upload at least one (1) attachment for each Document Type when submitting electronically via GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT).

For the purpose of electronic submission through GeBIZ for this tender, Tenderers shall enter a nominal amount of one Singapore Dollar ($1.00) under the "Unit Price" field. The Tenderers shall submit the Price Schedules duly completed together with the supporting documents in GeBIZ.

EVALUATION:
The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Evaluation Criteria will be used for evaluation of this tender.
