RemarksCritical Criteria
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and BCA workhead of FM02 (Housekeeping, Cleansing, Desilting & Conservancy Services) with Financial Grade of L6 are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered with the above will NOT be considered for this tender. Please refer to Page EC-1 of Evaluation Criteria for more details.

Other Criteria
Tenders for this Contract will be considered from Tenderers who are preferably registered with the Expenditure and Procurement Policies Unit (EPPU) Supply head EPU/SER/46 (Cleaning Services) with a Financial Grade S9 and above.
Tenderers who are registered with the relevant GRA must declare their registration status by completing Appendix A of the Instructions to Tenderers.

The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 4.8 of the Instructions to Tenderers.

Evaluation Criteria
A Quality-Fee (Q-F) ratio of 60:40 where the Quality and Fee components shall constitute 60% and 40% of the evaluation weightings respectively will be adopted.
