Valid Tax clearance certificate Valid Trade License The vendor should provide a minimum of 2 years of comprehensive hardware warranty for the computers, including peripherals (monitor, keyboard, and mouse). This warranty should be clearly mentioned in the Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter issued by respective OEM on OEM letterhead. Vendor must provide a detailed technical compliance statement to the required specifications along with the product datasheet for the proposed computers. The vendor is required to provide 1-year post-installation maintenance and support services for the supplied computers and associated peripherals as part of this contract. After the warranty period, the vendor must have an in-house service team to provide support under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). and refer ToR which will be uploaded in Corrigendum |
