Remarks(1) Tenderers are required to submit the Term Non-Disclosure Agreement (Term NDA) for access to the PQ brochure. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission.

(2) Applications for the 2nd pre-qualification (final) are invited from civil engineering contractors with proven expertise and experience in the design and construction of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) stations, elevated viaduct, cut and cover tunnels/structures.

(3) All PQ applications must be submitted electronically through the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) portal by the closing date and time for submission.

(4) All expenses incurred by the applicant in the submission of this PQ shall be borne entirely by the applicant.

Qualification CriteriaThe 1st PQ for the Civil Contract was advertised on GeBIZ on 21 August 2024 and all applicants have been informed of their applications. Tender Documents will ONLY be issued to the pre-qualified tenderers on 17 February 2025 for Civil Contract 990. Those who wish to be considered for the 2nd (final) PQ for the Civil Contract 990 will need to submit their PQ applications as detailed in the PQ brochure. Interested applicants are required to submit previous and current records of similar work done, details of key staff with relevant experience in design and/or construction, equipment to be deployed, safety records and financial capacity for LTA"s consideration.
