Robe Woreda Agriculture and Land Officehas secured a budget from The FSRP (Food System Resilience Program) for Micro Household Irrigation (Community Pond) projects construction listed below that are located in Robe Woreda of Arsi Zone, in Oromia National Regional State.

Accordingly, Robe Woreda Agriculture and Land Office invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the execution and completion of the following projects.

The bid is open for all eligible and qualified bidders fulfilling the following criteria:-

• Renewed Construction work license of General Contractor or Water Works Contractor for 2017 E.C and those currently registered from mandated public body, registration certificate valid from Ministry of Construction Authority MoCA /Oromia Construction Authority (OCA) and Oromia Regional concerned Bureaus.
• Bidders must have renewed and valid business licenses and registration certificates must be registered VAT and TIN valid from Revenue Authority that enables to participate on bid.
• Bidder who have similar construction project and no record on black listed at National and Regional and termination of the project with the client at the Regional and Zonal Office.
• A complete set of bidding documents in English Languge may be purchased from Robe WoredaFinanceOffice, Procurement Room in working hours upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1000.00(One Thousand Birr)to obtain a complete a set of procurement document. The method of payment will be in Bank Account 1000026177255 Robe Woreda Finance Office only
• Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from site inspection and from WoredaProject Implementation Support Team of Food System Resilience Program (FSRP) located at Robe Woreda Agriculture and Land Office during office working times.
• Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 200,000.00 ETB(two hundred thousand birr) for the project (for each Lot) in the form of cash payment Order (CPO) or unconditional Bank guarantee to Robe Woreda Agriculture and Land Office.
• The bid security or CPO should be all be separately enclosed in envelope and marked the name of the bidder on the envelope and see the purchased bid document.
• The Bid should be submitted as per the RFB (one outer mother envelope, and three inner mother envelope (financial document, technical document and Bid security), the financial mother envelope contains three financial document (original financial, copy one financial, copy two financial) and the Technical mother envelope contains three technical document (original technical, copy one technical, copy two technical) marking the envelopes as Bid security, “ORIGINAL” and “COPY”.
• All the envelopes inner small envelopes and outer envelopes must have employers name, address, contractors name, address, site location, project name and shall be signed and stamped.
• Bidders must make written a page, sign and stamped on all tender documents.
• A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1000.00 (One Thousand birr only) from Robe woreda Finance Office Room No: 5, Working hours starting from December 10,2024 up to January 8, 2025 G.C. The method of payment will be in Bank Account 1000026177255 Robe Woreda Finance Office only.
• Bidders must be submitted /delivered/ by hands to RobeWoredaAdministration Office Room No.5 on or before Janury 9, 2015 at 10:00 AM morning. Late bid will be rejected (unacceptable).
• The Bid opening will be on January 9, 2025 at 10:30 AM Morning in room No5, in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish attend.
• Qualification criteria stated on the bid document should be respected and have to be addressed in a brief and clear way.
• The Successful bidders shall furnish 10% of Contract price for Performance Security bond and 20% of Contract price for Advance payment and 1% of environmental security from Unconditional Bank Guarantee.
• Robe Woreda Agriculture and Land Office reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
